Many varicose vein treatments may be partially or fully covered by insurance and medicare if deemed medically necessary. During your initial assessment, our team will review your insurance and medicare benefits and assist with pre-authorisation if required.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We request that you please give us at least 24 hours notice in the context of consultation( procedures have different policies) in the event you need to reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice for your consultation or if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and you have paid a deposit, Laurel Clinical reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit. Not showing up to your appointment will incur a no show fee. If you are late by more than 7 minutes, Laurel Clinical reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure we do not compromise on the quality and timely care provided to other patients. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available.
